Our Verdict
Nice savings on Lowe’s. Lowe’s stores also carry a wide variety of third-party gift cards which is a way of using up this offer for savings elsewhere. (Despite the terms, this should work fine.) There are a number of good Amex Offers released now in honor of American Express member’s week.
