We still don’t know if it applies to everyone, and it might be targeted. Bank of America recently converted all Better Balance Rewards (BBR) cards to Unlimited Cash Rewards World Mastercard. There have been a few mentions of people seeing a bonus attached to the conversion showing in the app and even confirming with BofA reps about the bonus (1, 2):
Spend $1,000 by 9/30/2023 and get $200 bonus. Promo start date 5/15/2023.
Not clear if this offer is available for everyone as some have been told that they don’t have such a bonus offer. YMMV, please let us know what you’re hearing/seeing.
