Citi To Launch New Credit Card ‘Citi Pay Credit’ (Buy Now, Pay Later)

Citi plans to partner with multiple retailers to launch a new credit card called ‘Citi Pay Credit’. The card won’t work as a traditional credit card and will only work with retailers that sign up. Retailers that sign up will also be able to offer customers an installment loan product. This seems to be really trying to compete with other buy now, pay later products and it’s unclear if any sign up bonus or rewards program will be offered but Citi has stated it will offer ‘promotional financing’.
