A Number Of Chase Credit Card Bonuses Get Lowered On March 19th (Freedom, United, Slate, INK)

  • by

Chase sent out an internal memo to their bankers about a number of branch signup bonus offers which will end on March 18th. (They also mentioned an increased bonus on the Sapphire Preferred which we’ve posted about separately.)

Freedom Flex and Freedom Unlimited cards bonus will become a flat $200, without the 5% grocery store component.
Slate card 0% APR goes down from 21 months to 18 months.
United Explorer card goes down from 65,000 to 60,000. It’s for lower spend, though, so it might be a better offer overall.
INK business cards go down from $900 to $750. This one we’ve TALKED about. Seems it’s changing over in-branch on the 19th versus online on the 21st. Referral links have already changed over.

Presumably we’ll see the online offers mirror the branch and change over sometime in the next couple of weeks as well.

The memo also mentions a targeted offer on the Freedom Unlimited card which will be available for select clients:

Earn $300 after spending $500 in the first 3 months.
